This certificate is designed in accordance with ISO17034 and ISO Guide 31. This reference material (RM) was designed,produced andverified in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 17034 and a registered qualitymanagement system ISO9001.

Uncertainty

The certified value(s) and uncertainty(ies) aredetermined in accordance with ISO 17034 with an 95% confidence level (k=2).Uncertainty is based on the Total Combined Uncertainty, including uncertaintiesof characterisation, homogeneity and stability testing. Stability values are basedon real evidence opposed to simulation.

The producer certifies that this reference materialmeets the specification stated in this certificate until the expiry date,provided it is stored unopened at the recommended temperature herein. Productwarranties for this reference material are set out in the terms and conditionsof purchase.

Intended Use

This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as acalibration and quality control standard or in method development foranalytical techniques.

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements arecalibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). Thecalibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by anexternal7 accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceableto the International System of Units (SI).

Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RMhave been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealedcontainer at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum samplesize and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by afactor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storageafter opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from lightand moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to avial with minimum head space.

3. 核心檢測方法
采用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用（GC-MS）法，以內(nèi)標(biāo)法（蒽-D10為內(nèi)標(biāo)）進(jìn)行定量分析。樣品需經(jīng)液液萃取或固相萃取富集凈化后上機(jī)檢測。
4. 檢出限與定量限
方法檢出限（MDL）為0.05~0.2 μg/L，定量限（LOQ）為0.2~0.5 μg/L，具體數(shù)值因目標(biāo)化合物而異，蒽-D10作為內(nèi)標(biāo)需滿足基線分離要求。
5. 質(zhì)控樣品要求
每批次樣品需包含空白樣品、平行樣及加標(biāo)回收樣。加標(biāo)回收率應(yīng)為60%~120%，內(nèi)標(biāo)（蒽-D10）的響應(yīng)值偏差需≤±30%。
6. 關(guān)鍵實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟
① 樣品萃取：用二氯甲烷液液萃取，濃縮后過硅膠柱凈化；
② 儀器分析：GC-MS在SIM模式下采集數(shù)據(jù)，內(nèi)標(biāo)法定量；
③ 內(nèi)標(biāo)添加：樣品預(yù)處理前加入蒽-D10以校正回收率偏差。
7. 特別說明
① 實(shí)驗(yàn)需在避光條件下操作，防止多環(huán)芳烴光解；
② 蒽-D10與其他目標(biāo)物的色譜峰需完全分離，避免干擾；
③ 溶劑空白中不得檢出蒽-D10，否則需排查污染源。
