Intended Use

This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as a calibration and quality control standard or in method development for analytical techniques.

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements are calibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). The calibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by an external accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceable to the International System of Units (SI).

Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RM have been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealed container at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum sample size and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by a factor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storage after opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from light and moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to a vial with minimum head space.

2. 適用范圍

HJ 644-2013：適用于環(huán)境空氣及無組織排放廢氣中揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物的測定，包括正壬烷的定性和定量分析。

3. 核心檢測方法

HJ 644-2013：采用吸附管采樣，熱脫附后使用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用儀（GC-MS）進(jìn)行分離和檢測，正壬烷通過保留時間和質(zhì)譜圖特征離子定性。

4. 檢出限與定量限

HJ 644-2013：正壬烷的檢出限為0.05 μg/m3（以采樣體積12 L計(jì)），定量限為0.15 μg/m3。

5. 質(zhì)控樣品要求

每批次樣品需至少包含1個空白樣、1個平行樣及1個加標(biāo)回收樣。平行樣相對偏差應(yīng)≤20%，加標(biāo)回收率需控制在80%-120%之間。

6. 關(guān)鍵實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟

(1) 吸附管采樣：以100-200 mL/min流量采集空氣樣品，確保采樣體積符合檢測限要求。

(2) 熱脫附：將吸附管在300℃以上脫附，用氦氣作為載氣轉(zhuǎn)移至冷阱聚焦。

(3) GC-MS分析：設(shè)置柱溫箱程序升溫（如40℃保持3 min，以10℃/min升至250℃），質(zhì)譜采用全掃描模式。

7. 特別說明

實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中需避免使用含正壬烷的溶劑清洗設(shè)備，防止交叉污染。吸附管保存前需用高純氮?dú)獯祾?0分鐘。
