形態(tài)特性：小型絲狀真菌,，在綜合 PDA 培養(yǎng)基上菌落明顯，初期菌絲白色,，密集旺盛,，后產(chǎn)黃綠色孢子長滿平板，背面灰白色,。
培養(yǎng)基：馬鈴薯浸粉：10.0,，葡萄糖：20.0,，KH2PO4：3.0，MgSO4·7H2O：1.5,，硫胺素：0.008,，瓊脂：15.0，pH：6.0±0.2（25℃）
培養(yǎng)條件：28℃,；5-7天,；好氧；
培養(yǎng)方法：①準(zhǔn)備上述平板 1-2 塊,；②安瓿管表面消毒后在安全柜中打開,，用酒精燈灼燒頂部,，后迅速滴上無菌水使之破裂,，隨后用鑷子將其敲碎；③吸取 0.5mL 無菌水打入凍干管,，充分溶解菌粉后,，打入平板中 200μL/個(gè)，涂布均勻,；④將平板置于上述培養(yǎng)條件下培養(yǎng),，菌種長出即可使用。
