Intended Use

This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as acalibration and quality control standard or in method development foranalytical techniques.

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements arecalibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). Thecalibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by anexternal7 accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceableto the International System of Units (SI).

Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RMhave been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealedcontainer at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum samplesize and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by afactor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storageafter opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from lightand moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to avial with minimum head space.

適用范圍

適用于膠粘劑產(chǎn)品中二氯甲烷等揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物的限量檢測(cè)，涵蓋溶劑型、水基型等各類膠粘劑。

核心檢測(cè)方法

采用氣相色譜法（GC-FID）進(jìn)行定量分析，樣品經(jīng)適當(dāng)溶劑萃取后進(jìn)樣，通過(guò)保留時(shí)間定性、外標(biāo)法定量。

檢出限與定量限

檢出限為0.1 mg/kg，定量限為0.3 mg/kg，需通過(guò)空白樣品加標(biāo)驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)際檢測(cè)能力。

質(zhì)控樣品要求

每批次檢測(cè)需包含空白樣品、加標(biāo)回收樣品（加標(biāo)濃度建議為定量限的1~5倍）和實(shí)驗(yàn)室控制樣品（LCS），回收率應(yīng)控制在80%~120%。

關(guān)鍵實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟

1. 樣品預(yù)處理：稱取1.0 g樣品，加入10 mL乙酸乙酯超聲萃取20分鐘；
2. 色譜條件：DB-624毛細(xì)管柱（30 m×0.32 mm×1.8 μm），進(jìn)樣口溫度250℃，檢測(cè)器溫度300℃，程序升溫；
3. 定量分析：通過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線法計(jì)算濃度。

特別說(shuō)明

二氯甲烷易揮發(fā)，樣品需密封冷藏保存并在48小時(shí)內(nèi)完成檢測(cè)；若檢測(cè)值接近限量要求（≤50 mg/kg），需用GC-MS進(jìn)行確證分析。
