Intended Use
This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as acalibration and quality control standard or in method development foranalytical techniques.

Traceability
The balances used for gravimetric measurements arecalibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). Thecalibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by anexternal7 accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceableto the International System of Units (SI).
Homogeneity
Random replicate samples of the final packaged RMhave been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.
Storage
The RM should be stored in the original sealedcontainer at the indicated temperature.
Instructions for use
It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum samplesize and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by afactor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storageafter opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from lightand moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to avial with minimum head space.

適用于生活飲用水及其水源中二氯甲烷的檢測(cè)，涵蓋水樣采集、前處理及氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜法（GC-MS）測(cè)定。
采用吹掃捕集/氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法（P&T-GC/MS）。水樣經(jīng)吹掃捕集富集后，通過(guò)毛細(xì)管色譜柱分離，質(zhì)譜儀定性定量分析。
方法檢出限（MDL）為0.5 μg/L，定量限（LOQ）為2.0 μg/L，線性范圍1-100 μg/L，相關(guān)系數(shù)≥0.995。
每批次需包含空白樣、平行樣和加標(biāo)回收樣。回收率范圍應(yīng)為80%-120%，相對(duì)偏差≤15%。
1. 水樣密封避光保存，4℃冷藏并在7日內(nèi)完成檢測(cè)；
2. 吹掃溫度40℃，吹掃時(shí)間11分鐘；
3. 色譜柱選用DB-624或等效型號(hào)；
4. 質(zhì)譜采用全掃描模式（SCAN）或選擇離子監(jiān)測(cè)（SIM）。
需避免實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境及器皿中的揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物污染。二氯甲烷易揮發(fā)，應(yīng)在通風(fēng)櫥內(nèi)操作，使用內(nèi)襯聚四氟乙烯的密封容器。
