Intended Use
This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as a calibration and quality control standard or in method development for analytical techniques.

Traceability
The balances used for gravimetric measurements are calibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). The calibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by an external accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceable to the International System of Units (SI).
Homogeneity
Random replicate samples of the final packaged RM have been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.
Storage
The RM should be stored in the original sealed container at the indicated temperature.
Instructions for use
It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum sample size and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by a factor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storage after opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from light and moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to a vial with minimum head space.

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于工作場所空氣中正己烷的濃度檢測,包括車間、實驗室等職業(yè)衛(wèi)生環(huán)境中的短時間接觸容許濃度(STEL)和時間加權(quán)平均濃度(TWA)測定。
采用活性炭管采集空氣樣品,經(jīng)二硫化碳解吸后,使用氣相色譜-氫火焰離子化檢測器(GC-FID)進(jìn)行定量分析。色譜柱推薦使用毛細(xì)管柱(如HP-1或等效型號)。
方法檢出限為0.05 μg/mL,定量限為0.2 μg/mL。采樣體積按10 L計,最低檢測濃度為0.5 mg/m3。
每批次樣品需包含空白對照、加標(biāo)回收樣品及平行樣。加標(biāo)回收率應(yīng)控制在85%-115%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)≤10%。
1. 樣品采集:活性炭管以0.5 L/min流量采集15分鐘;
2. 解吸處理:加入1 mL二硫化碳超聲解吸30分鐘;
3. 儀器分析:進(jìn)樣量1 μL,分流比10:1,柱溫程序從50℃升至200℃。
1. 正己烷易揮發(fā),采樣后需密封冷藏并于7天內(nèi)分析;
2. 二硫化碳屬易燃有毒試劑,應(yīng)在通風(fēng)櫥內(nèi)操作;
3. 需定期校驗色譜系統(tǒng)(保留時間偏差≤2%)。
