Intended Use

This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as a calibration and quality control standard or in method development for analytical techniques.

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements are calibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). The calibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by an external accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceable to the International System of Units (SI).

Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RM have been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealed container at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum sample size and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by a factor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storage after opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from light and moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to a vial with minimum head space.

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于工作場(chǎng)所空氣中正己烷（CAS:110-54-3）濃度的測(cè)定，涵蓋采樣、前處理及氣相色譜分析全流程，包括職業(yè)接觸限值判定。

3. 核心檢測(cè)方法

活性炭管采樣-溶劑解吸-氣相色譜法（FID檢測(cè)器）。樣品經(jīng)二硫化碳解吸后進(jìn)樣分析，以保留時(shí)間定性，峰面積定量。

4. 檢出限與定量限

方法檢出限（LOD）為0.5 μg/mL（對(duì)應(yīng)空氣濃度為0.25 mg/m3），定量限（LOQ）為1.5 μg/mL（對(duì)應(yīng)空氣濃度為0.75 mg/m3）。

5. 質(zhì)控樣品要求

7. 特別說(shuō)明

實(shí)驗(yàn)室需驗(yàn)證本底干擾，避免使用含烴類溶劑的耗材；采樣時(shí)需避開(kāi)靜電環(huán)境，正己烷蒸氣密度大于空氣，建議在呼吸帶高度采樣。
