Intended Use

This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as acalibration and quality control standard or in method development foranalytical techniques.

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements arecalibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). Thecalibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by anexternal7 accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceableto the International System of Units (SI).

Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RMhave been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealedcontainer at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum samplesize and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by afactor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storageafter opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from lightand moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to avial with minimum head space.

方法描述：樣品經(jīng)乙腈提取，通過分散固相萃取（QuEChERS）凈化，使用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用儀（GC-MS）進行檢測。采用選擇離子監(jiān)測模式（SIM）進行定性，外標法定量。

檢出限與定量限

檢出限（LOD）：0.005 mg/kg

質(zhì)控樣品要求

1. 每批次樣品需包含空白對照、加標回收樣（加標濃度為LOQ水平與中濃度水平）；

3. 質(zhì)控樣品應與待測樣品同步處理和分析。

關鍵實驗步驟

1. 樣品提取：均質(zhì)樣品后，用乙腈振蕩提取，加入氯化鈉分層；
2. 凈化：提取液經(jīng)PSA和C18吸附劑分散固相萃取凈化；
3. 儀器條件：色譜柱為DB-5MS（30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm），柱溫程序升溫，離子源溫度230℃，四級桿溫度150℃；
4. 定量分析：以基質(zhì)匹配標準曲線校準，避免基質(zhì)效應干擾。

特別說明

1. 聯(lián)苯菊酯易光解，樣品前處理需避光操作；
2. 復雜基質(zhì)（如含色素或脂類樣品）需增加凈化步驟或調(diào)整吸附劑比例；
3. 若檢測結(jié)果接近定量限，建議采用同位素內(nèi)標法復核以提高準確性。
